Q. What Support Plan should my company be on?
A. It is suggested that you at least take advantage of Timberline's BasicCare plan from the manufacturer to stay current with product updates and newly released versions. CPA Technology offers various support plans for resolving any client issues and to provide further training.  Contact us for the best option for you.
 
Q. Should I attend Timberline Training Classes?
A. Yes.  CPA Technology is one of the few Sage Timberline Business Partners with a Sage Authorized Training Center with Certified Consultants leading all class levels from Beginner to Advanced.
 
Q. How easy is it to convert my data?
A. Data Conversion is often easy, but sometimes risky.  It is important not to skip, damage, or improperly allocate your company's information.  We have plenty of tools and options at our fingertips for moving data from your old system and into Timberline.
 
Q. Are there security features in Timberline Office?
A. You will have the option to limit what data can be seen or touched on a user by user basis.  An example is having two clerks with one entering "Administrative" payroll and the other handling "Field" payroll into the same system and only the Controller can see the results of both.  Timberline security and Microsoft Windows security can be used together to protect your company's information.
